Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All customers are welcome to visit our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at the station if needed.
Q: Do you have any stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order. However, we have enough Semi-finished parts in workshop, as long as we place the order and send the production plan to the factory, they can start production and installation.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 sets according to different models. For most firewood processors minimum order quantity is 1 set.
